... and again!


just couldn't stop with the congee... had to add this spicy stuff, i usually see in Chinese restaurants... i don't know what they call it... maybe Kris , you can help? :p

absolutely LOVE this spicy [chili and oil, i think..] concoction!!!

some "real-looking" Chinese ** happened to sit beside us, and i was amazed at the amount of this spicy stuff they were using! no wonder it's part of the condiments normally found in Chinese restaurants..

.. makes me want to go back ...!!

**a sister has been repeatedly mistaken to be Chinese, but we're not...

ooh, i love the dip,too !!!
let me see, we dont make this at home and usually get to eat them when eating out :) Sometimes I cant decide that I like the whole dish or just the paste ..heheh.

am just guessing the ingredients - smashed dried prawns, chillis, onions , sugar, dried prawn paste and some secret ingredients..lol !!

oh, some prawns are added? yup, sometimes i go overboard putting lots of it in my dish, too, and then i have to eat fast because it's sooo spicy! LOL...
