vermicelli

because lately it's been raining ...

suddenly makes me want to eat something hot, and something that is substantial, at the same time..

sotanghon (clear noodle/mung bean thread noodle) with all it's garnishings is already a meal in itself, i guess..



slurrrp ... lol. :o)

oo nga, sarap nga sana kung maanghang, kahit konti... am still trying to "expose" my son to spicy foods, slowly...

what a conincidence, maiylah! i bought one small packet from Tesco this mornign. On and off i have craving for them :)

your finished noodle looks tasty . Also, have you ever tasted with prawn stock before? my sis learned it from a friend. not sure the exact ingredient, i think :-

prawn stock, fried garlic (minced)& onions, seasoned with salt pepper ..mix and steam.
